In my pathway of sports medicine, I've taken a total of two weight training classes and the prerequisite for them which is P.E during my freshman year. Because of the passion that I have for fitness, I really took interest in these classes and gave the best of my efforts in them. In the courses, we as students were taught to lift properly with correct form to prevent injuries and physically progress as safely as we could and because I worked out in my free time as well, the things I learned inside of these courses were used as key staples in my training outside of school too.
